Terms of Service

Quotations
Quotations are free, itemised and valid for 30 days from date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices assume reasonable site access and the conditions recorded during the site visit. Material price movements beyond 30 days may require re-pricing.
Payments
Work is invoiced in stages linked to verified progress, typically a mobilisation deposit followed by milestone payments. Invoices are payable within seven days unless a different term is agreed in writing. Work may be suspended on overdue accounts.
Variations
Any change to the agreed scope is recorded as a written variation with its own price and time impact before the work proceeds. We do not carry out unpriced additional work.
Programme and delays
We commit to the dated programme issued with your quotation. Delays caused by weather, late client decisions, unavailable approvals or third-party utilities extend the programme by the affected period without penalty to either party.
Guarantees
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from practical completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed to you in full. Guarantees exclude damage caused by misuse, alteration by others, or lack of routine maintenance.
Site access, safety and insurance
The client provides safe and reasonable access to the site along with water and power where available. Our teams follow documented safety procedures, and we carry appropriate insurance for the work we perform.
