A standard three to four bedroom home usually runs 20 to 30 weeks from site establishment to handover. Renovations range from two to twelve weeks, and maintenance call-outs are typically resolved within 48 hours. Every quotation includes a dated programme so you know exactly what to expect.

How do payments and deposits work?

We work on staged payments linked to verified progress — typically a mobilisation deposit followed by milestone payments at foundation, wall plate, roof and completion. Nothing is invoiced before the work behind it is complete and inspected. Payment terms are stated in writing before we start.

Which areas do you service?

We are based at 26 Hans Van Rensburg Street in Polokwane and work throughout Limpopo, including Seshego, Mankweng, Lebowakgomo, Tzaneen and Thohoyandou. For larger contracts and maintenance agreements we mobilise anywhere in South Africa.

What materials do you use?

We specify SABS-approved materials from established suppliers and list every brand and grade in your quotation. If you prefer a specific supplier or product, we will price it in. We never substitute specified materials without your written approval.

Question 5

Do you offer guarantees on your workmanship?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from practical completion, and manufacturer warranties on materials such as roofing, waterproofing and geysers are passed on to you in full. Electrical work is issued with a Certificate of Compliance.

Do you take on government tenders?

Accepted Answer

We do. We deliver public-sector work including schools, clinics, community facilities and municipal infrastructure, with tender-ready documentation, CIDB-aligned delivery, local labour participation and the compliance reporting the public sector requires.

Quotations are free. Submit the quote request form or call us, and we will arrange a site visit within a few working days. You will receive a detailed, itemised quotation — usually within 48 to 72 hours of the visit — valid for 30 days.
