We collect the information you give us directly — your name, phone number, email address, project location and the details you share when requesting a quotation or contacting us. We also collect basic technical information such as pages visited, used only to improve this website.
How we use your information
Your information is used to prepare quotations, arrange site visits, deliver contracted work, issue invoices and respond to enquiries. We may contact you about your active project or, where you have agreed, about services relevant to you.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your information. We share it only with subcontractors, suppliers and professionals working on your project, and where the law or a public-sector client requires disclosure. All parties are bound to use it strictly for your project.
Storage and security
Records are kept for as long as required by South African tax, construction and contractual law. Digital records are held on access-controlled systems and paper records at our Polokwane office.
Your rights under POPIA
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use for marketing. Email aubatrading@gmail.com or call 081 872 9632 and we will respond within a reasonable period.
